Six months ago my cousins two beautiful daughters were taken from us in a horrible car accident. They will forever be young because the dead don't age. These beautiful girls will never be teenagers, young adults, mothers and so many other things and all because somebody fell asleep driving.
We barley got to keep my cousin but in the last six months she has continued to surprise us with her strength and huge heart. She cries daily but also makes time for her oldest daughter that survived and her husband.
Their family was altered that fateful day but I'm amazed at how as a family we have all pulled together to help each other and how we have grown.
Sorrow is not always a bad thing and I have to remind myself that the lord has two beautiful new angels in heaven.
